The meaning behind their names…
Mila: A Russian girls’ name meaning ‘dear’ and ‘gracious’, and also an abbreviation of ‘Milena’, a previous Amur leopard who called CZS home.
River: This name is related to the Amur River that flows through the habitat of the critically endangered Amur leopard.

Tickets
Tickets must be pre-booked online in advance for a specific time of arrival.
£16.50 per child
Passholders: You can use your Zoo Pass to enter the Zoo but will need a pre-paid Santa Experience ticket to enter the grotto and receive a gift.

Non-Passholders: You will need to purchase an admission ticket to enter the Zoo, alongside a Santa Experience ticket to enter the grotto and receive a gift.
Important Information:
The Santa Experience takes place within the grounds of CZS. All children visiting the Santa Experience will need a valid Santa Experience Ticket along with a valid admission ticket* to CZS. Guests accompanying children to the Santa Experience will also need a CZS admission ticket to be admitted entry to attend.
*Zoo Passholders with a valid membership for the date of their visit to the Santa Experience can use their pass for admission into CZS.
All children, including Child Zoo Passholders, who wish to enter the Santa Experience and receive a soft toy will need to have a pre-booked Santa Experience ticket which can be purchased online in advance of the event. Tesco Partner Reward codes CANNOT be used for payment of Santa Experience tickets.
Admission tickets and Santa Experience tickets are non-refundable.
Children under the age of 1 years old may enter the Santa Experience free of charge, when accompanying an older sibling who is participating in the experience; however, if you would like them to receive a gift, a Santa Experience Ticket MUST be purchased per child.
All gifts are subject to availability and supply chains. An alternative gift may be provided. Please read below Ts and Cs for more information.
