Our Trail of Terror is packed full of scares at every turn, from rustling bushes, to masked monsters and screaming scarers! Our staff are on hand to make your evening as frightening as possible, all put together by our CZS in-house team – Zoo team by day and scarers by night!
Safe Zones
There are several Safe Zones located along the route which will allow you the chance to purchase food and drink without the fear of being frightened!
Live Entertainment
At the end of the trail the fun doesn’t stop there! Why not reflect on the horrors enjoyed with your friends and enjoy the live entertainment, food and drink until close.

Important Notice
This evening event does not include access to our daytime event Shriek Week. Although this event is hosted by us here at Colchester Zoological Society and the trail is within the park, this event does not include animal viewing.
