Mila & River
Visit the main man himself and receive a special gift, Mila & River the Amur leopards.
The meaning behind their names…
Mila: A Russian girls’ name meaning ‘dear’ and ‘gracious’, and also an abbreviation of ‘Milena’, a previous Amur leopard who called CZS home.
River: This name is related to the Amur River that flows through the habitat of the critically endangered Amur leopard.
Passholders: All children will require a valid Zoo Pass and pre-booked Passholder Santa Experience ticket to attend this event. Any supervising adults will also require a valid Zoo Pass to enter the Zoo. This is a ticketed event with limited availability.
Non-Passholders: This event is exclusive to CZS Passholders only. A valid Zoo Pass is required to attend this event.
Important Information:
All Child Zoo Passholders will need to have a pre-booked Passholder Santa Experience ticket purchased online in advance to attend this event.
IMPORTANT: Ensure you have collected your Zoo Pass before attending this event as Guest Services will be closed during the event and your valid Zoo Pass is required for entry. Zoo Passes CANNOT be purchased or collected on the evening of the event.
All children who wish to enter the Santa Experience and receive a soft toy will require a Passholder Santa Experience ticket. Children under the age of 1 years old may enter the Santa Experience free of charge, when accompanying an older sibling with a valid Zoo Pass who is participating in the experience; however, if you would like them to receive a gift, a Passholder Santa Experience Ticket MUST be purchased per child.
All gifts are subject to availability and supply chains. An alternative gift may be provided. Please read below Ts and Cs for more information.
We plan to go ahead in all weather conditions, unless the team feel that it is unsafe to do so. If we are unable to open due to adverse weather or any other extreme circumstance, a member of our team will be in contact with you as soon as possible.

- CZS will NOT be open during this time so animal viewing will not be possible.
