There are just a few terms and conditions you need to be aware of before you visit.
Our Magic of Christmas events take place on 22nd & 23rd, 29th & 30th November, 6th & 7th, 13th & 14th & 19th – 24th December 2025.
1. Entry to Magic of Christmas events is included in the cost of general admission/Zoo Passes except for The Santa Experience, and some Magic of Christmas activities, where additional charges apply.
2. Any child who wishes to journey through the Santa Experience and receive a gift MUST purchase a Santa Experience ticket at an additional cost per child. Accompanying adults do not require tickets for the Santa Experience.
3. Child Zoo Passholders, complimentary ticket holders (including adopters and children attending animal experiences) who would like to journey through the Santa Experience MUST also purchase a Santa Experience ticket at an additional cost per child. Accompanying adults do not require tickets for the Santa Experience.
4. Children under the age of 1 years old may enter the Santa Experience free of charge, when accompanying an older sibling; however, if you would like them to receive a gift, a Santa Experience Ticket MUST be purchased per child.
5. The Santa Experience Tickets for children are valid for one entry ONLY for the date and time booked. Tickets are not available for adults to purchase or use.
6. Santa Experience Tickets can be purchased online in advance ONLY and a date and time slot must be chosen at the time of purchase.
7. Santa Experience tickets are non-refundable and not exchangeable.
8. If you decide to upgrade a child’s admission ticket to a Zoo Pass on the day of your visit, the Santa Experience cost is not included in the upgrade price of the Child’s Zoo Pass.
9. The gift received from the Santa Experience cannot be replaced or exchanged if they are lost, unwanted or broken. (This does not affect your statutory rights). We do make every possible effort to ensure that the gift from Santa is suitable for all children.
10. All gifts are subject to availability and supply chains. An alternative gift may be provided.
11. We are not able to admit anyone to The Santa Experience outside of their chosen time slot, this is due to a maximum capacity set per time slot.
12. Some queuing is inevitable for Magic of Christmas Events, in particular on the dates closest to Christmas.
13. Smoking is not permitted within the park.

Passholder Santa Experience:
- All children will require a valid CZS Zoo Pass and pre-booked Passholder Santa Experience ticket to attend this event. Any supervising adults will also require a valid CZS Zoo Pass to enter the Zoo.
- Discount in the Outpost Gift Shop cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Discounts valid on selected products only. My Moments products are excluded from this offer.
- CZS will NOT be open during this time so animal viewing will not be possible.
- Some additional Christmas themed activities may be available to participate in at an additional cost.
