Guest & Assistant Membership
If you require assistance during your visits to Colchester Zoological Society, you will be asked to show verification of disability when your Membership is processed allowing you to have an assistant visit with you FREE of charge each time you wish to visit with your valid Membership Pass.
Tiger Cub Card
We have a special membership available for Tiger Cubs (from 0 – 2 years old).
To process the Tiger Cub Card we will require your child’s name and date of birth as the Pass will be valid until their 3rd birthday, when a Child Membership or child admission ticket will be required for entry.
Important Information
- Your Annual Membership will start from the date of purchase and be valid for 12 months.
- You will need to visit our Guest Services team to have your photograph taken and Membership Pass issued.
- If you require assistance during your visits to Colchester Zoological Society, you will be asked to show verification of disability when your Membership Pass is processed allowing you to have an assistant visit with you free of charge each time you wish to visit with your valid Membership.
- You can renew any time up to 1 month after your previous Membership expires to receive the 20% renewal discount. Your Pass will be dated consecutively for 1 year from the date of expiry.
- Please note that a £0.50 booking fee applies per transaction.
