As a Colchester Zoological Society Member, we are aware you may need to update your Membership details with us, view the most up to date terms and conditions of your Membership Pass of simply to login and check out your current Membership expiry date.
Please be aware that the Membership Portal is temporarily unavailable due to maintenance and will be back in operation as soon as possible. If you need to update your details or are interested to know your usage, please contact enquiries@colchesterzoo.org or call our Guest Services Team on 01206331292.
Digital Membership
Download a copy of your Annual Membership straight to your Apple Wallet or an Android Wallet App so that you always have it with you and never miss a Zoo day.
Important Information
- You will need the email address on your Membership record, your surname, your ID number (printed on your Pass) and the postcode linked to your Membership record to login to the Membership Portal.
- If you are unable to login it may be that we do not hold some of the mandatory information required. To update your information, please contact our Guest Services team at enquiries@colchesterzoo.org
