We recommend visiting the following areas first as they all close an hour before general zoo close:

Important Information

All tickets are non-refundable
Tickets purchase on the same day as your visit will be charged at the Gate Price and do not qualify for the E-ticket discount.
We reserve the right to ask for age verification and photo ID for admission ticket upon entry into the Zoo; this includes under 3 ticket selection.
We are unable to allow admittance to children under the age of 16yrs without a full paying adult or adult passholder.
Those visiting with a valid Zoo Pass, open-dated ticket or complimentary tickets are not required to pre-book in advance.
