How to use your codes
- Before your visit, please ensure that you have a copy of your Reward Partner Codes received on your second email, either on your mobile device or printed.
- Upon arrival, please head towards our signed Ticket Office on the right-hand-side of our entrance building.
- Let a member of our friendly team know how many tickets you would like to purchase and present your Reward Partner Codes.
- If Reward Partner Codes are being used for part-payment, the remaining balance can be taken on the day of your visit by cash or card.
- Once your tickets are printed, please head towards our turnstiles to have your tickets scanned.
Please visit the Tesco website to turn your Tesco Clubcard Vouchers into Reward Partner Codes. Those who turn up without their Tesco Reward Partner Codes will either have to pay in full for admission or will be turned away.
Important Information
- Reward Partner Codes cannot be used to purchase E-tickets online via our website and can only be redeemed on the day of your visit at our Ticket Office.
- Standard admission tickets purchase with Reward Partner Codes cannot be upgraded to an Annual Zoo Pass. Reward Partner Codes cannot be used to purchase an Annual Zoo Pass.
