Prehistoric fun for all!
Discover extinct species from millions of years ago, from gigantic carnivores to the graceful herbivores, as well as the chance to meet and greet our dinosaur friends along with their keeper.
Please note that our Elephant Bushwalk will be closed during this time.
Members: This event is FREE for Zoo Members. Simply turn up on the day and bring with you your valid Membership to gain entry into the Zoo.
Paying Visitors: We recommend all non-members to book their tickets online in advance to receive the best price on admission.
Activity Timetable
Dino Meet and Greet
11:00am – 3:00pm Opposite Sensation Station Visit our dino area to meet some of our prehistoric friends.
Cretaceous Crew
Various Times Various Locations Look out for the baby dinos and their rangers located around the park!
Dino Party
11:30am & 3:30pm Main Stage, next to Penguini’s Restaurant Join in with the prehistoric celebrations and dance along with our baby dinos!
Dino Face Painting
11:00am – 4:30pm Face Painting Station & Inside Kingdom of the Wild Transform into your favoruite dinosaur and become a creature from the past!*
Crazy Sand
11:00am – 4:30pm Next to Meerkat Hangout Create your own colourful sand bottles and pendants! Items available whilst stocks last.*
Dinosaur Realm
9:30am – 4:30pm Opposite Lion Rock Come face to face with creatures from the past and embark on a prehistoric journey.
Discovery Den
10:30am – 4:30pm Inside Elephant Kingdom Learn about the day of the dinosaurs with our interactive sand table and Draw Alive wall.
Inflatimals
