ARRIVING AFTER MIDDAY?
We recommend visiting the following areas first as they all close an hour before general zoo close:
- Kingdom of the Wild
- Elephant Kingdom
- The Lost Madagascar Express Road Train
Important Information
- All tickets are non-refundable.
- E-tickets can be purchased online in advance until 23:59 the day before you wish to visit.
- We reserve the right to ask for age verification and photo ID for admission upon entry into the Zoo; this includes under 3 ticket selection.
- We are unable to allow admittance to children under the age of 16yrs without a full paying adult or adult passholder.
- We will provide a complimentary ticket for a personal assistant to be admitted with a full paying adult / child / senior guest if the need for assistance can be verified.
