Full Day Experience:
9:00am – 3:30pm
£700 for FOUR participants
• Animal Encounters – Giraffes, Ring-tailed Lemurs, Elephants, Sea Lions, Meerkats, Tigers, Otters, Penguins, Aardvarks and Gelada Baboons
• Cooked breakfast, two-course lunch and afternoon refreshments

Half Day Experience (Morning):
9:00am – 11:45am
£380 for FOUR participants
• Animal Encounters – Otters, Ring-tailed Lemurs, Penguins, Giraffes and Aardvarks
• A cooked breakfast

Mel, July 2025The lady at the experience reception (Karen) was friendly and welcoming, and gave us all of the information needed in a very timely manner. What a great start to our visit. At lunchtime, the staff were also friendly. Everything was great; plenty to drink and the food was tasty and hot. Then we met our guide for the afternoon, Lisa. Lisa gave us more than we could have asked for, stopping to also give us information at animal enclosures we passed on route to our close-up experiences, and taking lots of photos for us so we could remember our day. Lisa was great throughout and the afternoon just flew by, filled with her in-depth knowledge and amazing humour. All in all, we had a fantastic experience from start to finish, and would not hesitate to recommend this experience to others. We may even book again.
Important Information
- There is no age restriction for this experience, however participants under 18yrs must be accompanied by an adult aged 18yrs or over who are also paying to participate in the same experience. There will be some restrictions behind-the-scenes for children under the age of 8yrs at the tiger and hyena habitats.
- Both the Full Day and Half Day Extra-Ordinary experiences are for a minimum of 4 participants. Up to 4 additional participants can also be added to the experience at an additional cost per person. See costs for additional guests above.
- Please allow at least 48 hours for processing of online bookings. Once the experience has been booked, it cannot be rescheduled less than 8 weeks prior to the date of the experience taking place. A £20 fee will be charged for any alterations to your booking at any time.
- Please advise at the time of booking if activities or menus need to be varied for anyone that has additional requirements including access, pregnancy, diet or immuno-suppression.
