Important Information
- Anyone aged 14-17yrs must be accompanied by a supervising adult aged 18yrs. Any additional children under the age of 15yrs who are not participating in the experience must be supervised by a separate adult whilst the experience is taking place.
- Experience slots are booked for one person at a time so if you would like to book two spaces, please select two bookings for the same date. If you have booked one space, please note that you may be paired with another Keeper for the Day participant.
- You will be required to check in with our Experiences Team at least 10 minutes prior to the experience start time.
- Please allow at least 48 hours for processing of online bookings. Once the experience has been booked, it cannot be rescheduled less than 8 weeks prior to the date of the experience taking place. A £20 fee will be charged for any alterations to your booking at any time.
- Please note that a £0.50 booking fee applies per transaction.
