Admission 2025
Looking to visit next year?
We’ll be delighted to welcome you along for a visit in 2025 as we begin our next chapter as a Charity, Colchester Zoological Society. With the Charity taking the reins as of the 1st January 2025, admission tickets will not be available to pre-purchase in 2024.
Tickets for visits in 2025 will be available to book as of the 1st January 2025.
Supporters planning to visit on the 1st January 2025 will receive the E-ticket discount on the day of their visit as to not miss out on a saving.
Important Information
- All tickets are non-refundable
- Tickets purchase on the same day as your visit will be charged at the Gate Price and do not qualify for the E-ticket discount.
- We reserve the right to ask for age verification and photo ID for admission ticket upon entry into the Zoo; this includes under 3 ticket selection.
- We are unable to allow admittance to children under the age of 16yrs without a full paying adult or adult passholder.
- Those visiting with a valid Zoo Pass, open-dated ticket or complimentary tickets are not required to pre-book in advance.
