Members: This event is FREE for Zoo Members. Simply turn up on the day and bring with you your valid Membership to gain entry into the Zoo.
Paying Visitors: We recommend all non-members to book their tickets online in advance to receive the best price on admission.

The Santa Experience
Children can take part in the Santa Experience on Magic of Christmas days only, for the additional cost of £17.00 per Santa Experience ticket.
Step into Santa’s magical world located within the Zoo…
Journey through a woodland walkthrough, take a break at Mrs Claus’ Kitchen where you can enjoy a tasty treat, sing-along to merry music from Santa’s friendly reindeer, soak up the festive feels in our Christmas village, and to finish off your experience, take a visit to the main man himself where you’ll also receive your very own Jabari the African lion soft toy!
